We have used the company before. I called in today about 11:30 and received a same day appointment. My appointment was scheduled for the hours from 4pm to 6 pm. Jonathan the technician was early which was a pleasant surprise to me since the appointment was just made today. He resolved the problem in a short period of time and we can open and close our garage again.

He replaced the torquemaster with torsion springs within an hour!

Jonathan Hyatt came to my house and knew pretty quickly what was wrong with the garage door. He was very polite and explained what needed to be done as well as the cost of the repair. Broken spring. Jonathan called and asked to come 3 hrs early than the scheduled time which was great! Very nice young man. Went right to work, explained what he was doing, and didn’t mind me watching as he worked, and learning a few things things about my system. Siliconed all moving parts, looked inside housing to inspect the internal cog wheel on my asking to confirm all good. This is the second time I have use Precision Door service. Johnathan was on time, did the troubleshooting, and the 25 point safety inspection to accurately diagnosis my problem and gave me the quote. He did a fantastic job! He left my residence clean like he found it, even programmed our equipment. I love the new equipment, it's so quiet and smooth. Booking online or with the chat option is very easy. The turn around time is nice also. This is the only company I use for service and repair for our garage door needs.
