I had a broken cable on the garage door and was able to get an appointment within just a few days. The technician, Dylan, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. No high pressure sales pitches, just explaining what needed to be done and going over different options for repairs. Given some of the other issues with the door, I opted to go with replacement of the motor and controls, and the work was done quickly. Afterward everything was explained again in detail. I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend Dylan and Precision to anyone needing work on their garage door.

lGarage door suddenly would not open. Selected Precision based on reviews on Website. Service was fast and great! Within 3 hours all of the inner workings were replaced. Service technicians were very informative - reviewed 3 different options thoroughly with me - no pressure on me on which option to select. We had an old,poorly maintained garage door and opener which basically quit working. We called Precision at about 2:30 pm and there was a tech. here at 5:00 pm. The problem was quickly assessed and a variety of solutions offered. We chose to replace the door and the day after the service call the door was replaced. The door was much heavier than the old one so the opener would not lift it, we decided to replace that also. Great service, great people, great job!
