Had to have the tension springs replaced. Kirby called and said he could come an hour earlier than scheduled so that I didn't have to wait all day. I initially had called another service on the Eastern Shore. The guy who answered the phone acted as if I had interrupted his day, and wanted to schedule me for the afternoon of the next day? I then called Precision Door Service and was immediately scheduled by Miranda for 11 am the same day. In less than 20 minutes, I was called by Kirby Reeves the service technician who said he could be there in 20 minutes. Kirby arrived at about 9:30 am same day, handled my repair to the drive belt, and also offered additional recommendations and quotes that he thought I might need. He handled all the repairs quickly, and professionaly, and even spent time giving me a tutorial lesson on garage door maintenance to help prolong the life of my door and motor system. We had a spring break. Called and they were out in 2 hours. The technician Kirby was excellent. Professional and well knowledgeable. Replaced the bearings and Kirby showed me the old bearings before he replaced them with the new ones. Most people would just throw them away and not show you the old parts. Highly recommend them for anybody needing their garage door repaired or replaced.

Kirby was very professional and when I open my door he told me who he was and hand my a business card with the company information on it. He immediately went to my garage and started looking at the problem that I was having with my garage door and started informing my of what I would need to fix my garage door. He did give me three different quotes they were good better and best. Once I had decide on which option I was going to choose he started right away fixing the problem. I have used your company before and I would definitely recommend your company and I would call for service again if I had a problem. My original problem was a broken spring but there were several parts of my garage door that needed to be replace and Kirby explained to me why it would be important for me to correct those issues. I did not feel pressured by Kirby and I felt that he gave me the time that I needed to make a decision on repair my garage door. Thank you for such a quick response to my call.
