My appointment was for 12:00 but Austin called and come early. He was very nice and explained what needed to be repaired. Service was fast and he had all the parts for the repair on hand. I saw their trucks around town, which I called and they didn't disappoint. If you need garage door repair/replacement, give them a call.

Great job by tech. Courteous,friendly, and did quality work. Installed and programmed all devices even programmed my truck to open door. If I had a business I would want my employees to be like him . He was very competent and helpful in making sure every thing was working properly and explaining maintenance of equipment.

Austin the service tech was at my house within a half hour of my requesting a service call. Joey gave our garage door a great tune-up and got everything back in working order in no time! Even fabricated some metal sensor holders on the spot, that work much better than what came with the original garage door (which was not installed by Precision). Great job, on time, explained everything he was doing.

They contacted me early afternoon & had the repair scheduled between 4-6:00 the same day. I got an email listing the field personnel available and who was assigned to do my repair. The assigned repair person got held up on a job and another person contacted me to let me know they would be later than expected. He came, did the work, & finished very timely and was very friendly. Very impressed they went over & beyond !!
