Our garage door cable broke and when I called they offered to come out the same day! The men were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. After the repair they even performed some minor maintenance and notice another broken part we were not even aware of. Thank you so much!

I called early in the AM on Thursday when the door would not open. They answered right away & scheduled the repair for 8 that morning. Van was there at the time mentioned, repaired the springs & was on his way within an hour. Great job and in a timely manner.

The repair was done quickly and professionally; from scheduling the service call, to explaining the issue, and through the payment process. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for reliable and professional garage door service. I noticed my garage door acting and sounding "weird" over the weekend. I'm glad I didn't wait too long before calling for a repair, as more damage could have been done. The repair techs were professional and courteous, on time and finished before their quoted finish time. I'm very impressed.

Mike and Van arrived as scheduled. They were both professional and polite. Although I had sticker shock at the prices quoted for the repair; I felt the gentleman were honest and very capable of doing the work correctly and in a short period of time. They arrived at 9am and were finished by 10:45am.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from Precision. I needed my garage door repaired immediately and I called Monday Morning, Aug. 8th and was given an appointment that afternoon. The men came and were very professional and made sure everything was in working order before they left. I would definitely recommend Precision for all your garage door needs. The cost was very reasonable and they give a Senior Citizen discount, which is great.

Fast, quality service. My wife found the company through an online search. We've been in our house less than a month. One of the springs on our door broke around 5PM, so it wouldn't open. It was fully repaired and functional before lunch the next day. In fact, the other components of the opening function were in such a bad state, I had them replace everything (both springs, rollers, cables, rod). The door now opens smoothly (it used to shake and shudder when opening) and it's much quieter than before!! The technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. In fact, through the course of talking with them, they learned I'm a Veteran and they gave me the Veteran discount without my asking for it. I didn't even know they offered one. That's integrity, and it's greatly appreciated!! I definitely recommend this company! I put their contact information in my phone just in case I need their services again in the future.

This absolutely could not have been a better or easier process. It hasn't even been 24 hours since my initial call for an estimate and my new door is being installed as we speak. The price was wonderful, the customer service was top notch, and the technicians couldn't have been nicer. I don't have a single negative thing to say about this company and experience. Van came and gave my estimate; Michael and Trenton installed my doors--great guys all around.
