June 2nd was the original date of the estimate for my repairs. Two panels had to be ordered which I was told would be in the following week. Three weeks later and the job was able to be completed. I was given a service time from 10:00-noon for the tech to arrive. He called at 9:30a.m. and told me it would be 2:00p.m. before he could get here. 3:30 and still no serviceperson here, so I called and asked if he would still be coming , and he said yes. At 5:45 I got a call from another service person coming over from Florida. He arrived at 6:20p.m. The panels were put on and looking great. He told me I needed new rollers for the door as the bearings were shot. This wasn't in the original estimate, but I went ahead and had him put them on. The door looks wonderful, and runs smoothly and more quietly than before. Thank you Mike for a job well done. My complaint is that I had to call to keep tabs on when the job would be done, and when the date was finally set, it took all day long waiting for someone to get here to do the job. When Mike got here, the job was completed in less than an hour. I'd give Mike 5 stars; company contact and timeliness of repairs a 2 or 3.

Had a great experience! I called with some questions about servicing my garage door. The operator was very nice, even though she did not know the specific answers to my questions. I had a call back from a manager and he was quick to answer my questions and send a tech out for a free estimate. The Tech, Travis was awesome! Polite and knowledgeable! After our good/better/best quote (which was so very helpful) we decided on the work and called to schedule Travis to come back to perform the work. He was on time and worked diligently to get the job done. We would definitely recommend Precision to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to use again based on this great experience. I really cant believe I was invited to complete a survey. I requested a consultation, technician came out and we spent over an hour discussing my need for 2 doors and openers, agreed on pricing, and also agreed that he would perform the work when no one was at our home. The day before the scheduled appointment I received an e-mail confirming the appointment. About an hour before the appointment time I received a voice mail from a different technician, whom I had never met or talked to, informing me that he would be at my home in an hour to do the work. I immediately sent a text message to the technician that I met with informing him of the voice mail and asked him if he would be there as well. He said no, that HIS MANAGER PULLED HIM OFF OF MY JOB AND SENT HIM ON A COMMERCIAL JOB. How nice! I immediately cancelled the order thru your website and proceeded to look alsewhere for a door supplier/installer that actually gives a damned about their customers. You guys really stink. I have been in sales/customer service for 30 years and the way that you handled this is EXACTLY THE WRONG WAY to treat a paying customer. Maybe the $3100 order was simply not enough to be treated in a decent way. It resulted in messing up the schedule for painting, but, and this is the only good part, I ended up with BETTER equipment and a LOWER PRICE. Word of mouth is powerful. I will be certain than I steer anyone needing garage doors away from your pitiful little company. The truth CAN hurt.

We typically have a designated install crew that will install all of our pre sold garage doors. This absolutely should have been discussed with you prior to booking the install. Excellent experience from start to finish. Appointment was immediately confirmed. The tech, Travis, arrived on time, accessed the situation, made me aware of my options then proceeded to complete the job in under an hour. Every business should operate as well. Too bad most don't.
