Quote for same product $1000.00 higher than competitors- a lot of money. Why? Nice website with fast response for estimates- yes - but based on the quote you will pay more for something you can get a better price on elsewhere. While it might be trouble and effort to shop around it apparently can reap dividends in terms of money saved and getting something better for the money you spent. Lots of promo going here-shop around !

The technician was punctual, but...after he left, there was an issue discovered. I called the company and immediately got an appt for that same evening for a specific tweak that was needed. These techs were also punctual and in no time had corrected the issue. All were courteous no matter it being first thing in the am or the end of day pm. First visit was a 4 star. 2nd visit was a 5 star.

Had a great experience! I called with some questions about servicing my garage door. The operator was very nice, even though she did not know the specific answers to my questions. I had a call back from a manager and he was quick to answer my questions and send a tech out for a free estimate. The Tech, Travis was awesome! Polite and knowledgeable! After our good/better/best quote (which was so very helpful) we decided on the work and called to schedule Travis to come back to perform the work.
